Releases Mental Health Services Report
NJPA has conducted a study and produced a report, "Mental
Health Needs and Services in New Jersey." This study
was commissioned because of persistent and increasing complaints
by patients, family members and doctors and other health professionals,
who have been finding escalating difficulties with accessing
appropriate, necessary care in our current mental health care
system in New Jersey. Findings and important recommendations
are described, to address these problems and prevent further
dangerous deterioration. A summary of this report is available
for downloading. The full report may be obtained from the
NJPA Office.
